New deep house/techno mix

Let me start out by saying that this isn’t really a mix made for parties. Actually it’s more meant as a comedown-mix with some very hypnotic, deep and melancholic tracks. It starts very laidback, slowly gets more melodic, bordering towards progressive house and then ends with some gloomier techno-tracks.

New mix: “From A to Z part 3″

After a great, inspiring summer with some wonderful gigs I return with another chapter in the “From A to Z” series. The concept in the first two parts was to make some quite diverse sets, and that’s also the case in part 3.

The set starts with some rather slow and atmospheric progressive house and solid techno in the first half, while the second half has some more pounding and melodic progressive psytrance and full on psychedelic trance.

New EP out on Plusquam Records

I’ve just released a new EP as Multiphase on Plusquam Records. It contains two tracks; “Material World”, which is a pumping progressive psytrance tune, and “Sloth”, which is a more laidback progressive tune with a more progressive house-inspired groove. The last track is a collaboration with a good friend: Philbert aka Kenny Michelsen.

The release is available to buy on Beatport.com, but will also be released on all the other major webshops (itunes, junodownload etc) in a few weeks. Also available soon is a Sunstryk remix of “Material World”.

Freeze Magazine Mix

This is a mix I recorded for the Greek magazine Freeze Magazine back in September 2010. It was released on a CD as part of a special Iboga Records feature for the December issue of the magazine, and therefore it consists only of tracks and remixes released on Iboga Records over the years. From progressive house, a bit of techno and a hint of progressive trance towards the end.

New deep tech house/techno set

I’m already back with a new DJ-set. This time it’s a quite deep mix where in 1½ hour and 16 tracks I’ve tried to build up atmosphere from some truly deep and laidback tech house up to banging peak-time techno. On the way there are elements of funky tech house, industrial-influenced big room techno and even some slightly trance-inspired progressive sounds, but I’ve tried to keep it deep and atmospheric all the way.

Made with the homelistener in mind, and not as much as a party mix.
